Every member of the Think Tank is a Mentat Fellow — a practitioner, not a theorist. They come from finance, operations, strategy, healthcare, consumer goods, manufacturing, private equity, technology, and beyond. They are based across Switzerland, Italy, Romania, and wider Europe, and they bring to the table something that no single firm can manufacture: decades of accumulated judgment, formed in real organisations, under real conditions.

The Think Tank never stops.
Membership in the Think Tank is selective by design. Not every MBA, and not every executive. Fellows are admitted on the basis of demonstrated expertise, functional depth, and a shared commitment to the standards of rigour and intellectual honesty that define how Mentat works.
